New Apple Cultivar

Huashuo


Main Characters: The fruit shape is oblong. Its average fruit weight is about 242g. The skin of this fruit is green-yellow with red color, smooth and glossy with wax coat and small dots. The flesh is yellow white color, fine-textured, firm to crisp and juicy. The soluble solid content is about 13.4%, the total titratable acid is 0.31%, the firmness is 10.1kg/cm2. The fruit flavor is sour-sweet and aromatic with an excellent fruit quality. The fruit developing period is about 120 days, and matures one week earlier than Gala. The fruit possesses a good storage ability. It is tolerance to apple ring spot, but moderately susceptibility to powdery mildew.

Huarui




Main Characters: The fruit shape is nearly globose. Its average fruit weight is about 220g. The skin of fruit is green-yellow with red stripes ( more than 60% surface with red), smooth and glossy with wax coat and small dots. The flesh is yellow-white color, fine-textured, crisp and juicy. The soluble solid content is about 12.8%, the total titratable acid is 0.31%, the firmness is 9.7kg/ cm2. The fruit flavor is sour-sweet and aromatic with an excellent fruit quality. The fruit developing period is about 110 days, and matures two weeks earlier than Gala. It is tolerant to apple Alternaria leaf spot disease.

Huaxing




Main Characters: The fruit shape is nearly globose. Its average fruit weight is about 220g. The skin of this fruit is yellow-white with red color ( more than 70% surface with red) , smooth and glossy with wax coat and small dots. The flesh is yellow white color, fine-textured, firm to crisp and juicy. The soluble solid content is about 13.4%, the total titratable acid is 0.28%, the firmness is 8.5kg/cm2. The fruit flavor is sour-sweet and aromatic with an excellent fruit quality. The fruit developing period is about 120 days, and matures two week earlier than Gala. The fruit possesses a good storage ability and high productivity. It is tolerant to apple anthracnose.

Jinxiuhong

Main Characters: The fruit shape is conical. Its average fruit weight is about 205g. The skin of fruit is green-yellow with dark red color, smooth and glossy with wax coat and small dots. The flesh is light yellow color, fine-textured, firm to crisp and juicy. The soluble solid content is about 14.2%, the total titratable acid is 0.21%, the firmness is 9.9kg/ cm2. The fruit flavor is sour-sweet and aromatic with an excellent fruit quality. The fruit developing period is about 150 days, and matures nearly the same with Red Delicious. The fruit possesses a good storage ability.

Hongzhenzhu

Main Characters: The fruit shape is oblong. Its average fruit weight is about 105g. The skin of this fruit is green-yellow with bright red color (more than 80% surface with red). The flesh is light yellow color, dense, firm and crispy. The soluble solid content is about 15.8%, which currently is the highest among early ripening varieties, the total titratable acid is 0.29%, the firmness is 12.2kg/cm2. The fruit flavor is strong sweet and strong-aromatic with an excellent fruit quality. The fruit developing period is about 115 days, and matures around the end of July. The fruit possesses an outstanding storage ability.

Jinyu

Main Characters: The fruit shape is narrow conical. Its average fruit weight is about 82g. The skin of this fruit is golden yellow. The flesh is yellow-white color, fine-textured and crispy. The soluble solid content is about 14.4%, the total titratable acid is 0.21%, the firmness is 5.2 kg/cm2. The fruit flavor is sweet and strong-aromatic with an excellent fruit quality. The fruit developing period is about 110 days, and matures around middle of July.

Hongcuibao

Main Characters: The fruit shape is nearly globose. Its average fruit weight is about 120g. The skin of fruit is yellow-green with dark red color (more than 80% to 100% surface with red), smooth and glossy with wax coat and small dots. The flesh is light yellow color, fine-textured, crisp and juicy. The soluble solid content is about 14.0%, the total titratable acid is 0.24%, the firmness is 7.3 kg/ cm2. The fruit flavor is sour-sweet and light-aromatic with an excellent fruit quality. The fruit developing period is about 115 days, and matures around middle of July. The fruit possesses a good storage ability.

Miyu

Main Characters: The fruit shape is nearly globose. Its average fruit weight is about 176g. The skin of fruit is yellow-white with bright red color, smooth and glossy with wax coat. The flesh is yellow-white color, fine-textured, crisp and juicy. The soluble solid content is about 15.2%, the total titratable acid is 0.25%, the firmness is 5.8 kg/ cm2. The fruit flavor is sour-sweet and strong-aromatic with an excellent fruit quality. The fruit developing period is about 100 days, and matures around the end of June. The fruit possesses a moderate storage ability.
